The house is truly luxurious with everything from underfloor heating throughout the ground floor & all bathrooms, to whirlpool baths, private balconies and romantic four poster beds. Beautiful period details combine with an abundance of modern technology including 3 dishwashers, ample fridges a cranberry range cooker with gas hob and most importantly the ice machine to keep the bar well stocked. Wifi, Ipod docks, Xbox 360 and ample games for lazy days in or the large gardens are ideal for kids to play football or hide & seek while the adults take on a game of croquet on the terrace. We stayed at Llanlliana for 4 days to celebrate a special birthday weekend. The experience was unforgettable - the family guests and the incredible made the stay into one of those special memories that will last a lifetime. There were 17 of us ranging from 5 months to 82 y/o. The house was a perfect space for us and everything we wanted to do (rounders match, pool competition, table football competition, themed dinner party and gala dinner).
The house is very well maintained and the rooms are tastefully decorated with excellent en suites and bathrooms. While the house looks big from outside it is like a Tardis and feels much bigger inside ! The dining room is perfect for family dinners and we we would also recommend Dai the Chef who came in and cooked our celebration dinner on my birthday evening. He transformed the room into an intimate space, beautifully lit with the real fire warming it.
There is, of course, the massive hot tub in the front garden that we got plenty of use out of. Our 5 year old guest thought it was a swimming pool ! There are stunning walks to enjoy without leaving the boundary of the property and the beach is peaceful and if you are lucky you will see some seals.
A special mention to Dan who was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. He even allowed us to visit and have a preview months before when we were staying in Anglesey for the weekend. The welcome gifts that were there on arrival were also generous and thoughtful.
This is a beautiful house that will enhance your special occasion and will become a part of your special memories. We fully intend to stay again on the next special occasion that we can make an excuse for ! In case you can't tell, we cannot recommend the house too highly for your special event.

Fabulous memory-making family holiday
We have recently returned from the beautiful Llanlliana. The trip was organised by my parents to celebrate both of their 80th birthdays. It was a long time in the planning and it proved a suitably special place for all the family to gather and enjoy each other’s company for a wonderful week. From the thoughtful and plentiful hamper provided on arrival to the spectacular views from the stylish and comfortable bedrooms to the AMAZING hot tub, everything was simply perfect for a multigenerational family gathering. The walks were lovely and it was always a pleasure to return to the house to enjoy its peaceful setting and comfort. The owners really have thought of everything and we wanted for nothing - not something one can say about many destination properties. We just LOVED everything about the place and all agree we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Llanllania!

A place to make fantastic family memoirs .
Stayed to celebrate my parents 60 wedding anniversary.A party of 18 from 10 years old to 89 years. The house is of a very high standard plenty of space for the whole family .And cleaned very high standard with everything you could need for a fantastic break.
The games room and fantastic swim up spa which was checked and cleaned daily was a .great hit with all the family as well as the walk to the beach to catch a glimpse of the seals
On recommendation from Emily we booked Dai chef for a fantastic evening meal in the stunning dinning room something the family will never forget.
we would like to thank Emily and the team for being so friendly no question was to big or to small and answered in a quick and professionally
Hopefully we will be able to return soonw

An exceptional experience
Hard to know where to start with Llanlliana! From it's idyllic location looking out over the Anglesey countryside, to the beautifully appointed living accommodation, to the sumptuous sleeping facilities, to the lovely big hot tub and everything in between, Llanlliana really does live up to the photos (and more!) As a large party (up to 17 at one point) with 2 dogs it offers everything you could want from a holiday home. Dan and Lucy (and Emily) were on hand to sort any immediate issues (there weren't any) and knowing they check the hot tub every day is reassuring. It is so nice to stay in a house where the owners have clearly thought about what guests might need. We have stayed in a lot of houses over the years as a family, and without hesitation Llanlliana is vying for the top spot (your competition had a full size snooker table instead of a pool table :) ). Without hesitation we would recommend it and would love to come again some day.

Amazing memories with family and friends
We looked long and hard for a place to have a weekend 60th birthday celebration for a group of family and friends. Once I came across Llanlliliana I knew I had found the right place. However the photos and description on the website don't do it justice, it was so much better.
Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space whilst being cosy enough for group activities and eating.
All the bedrooms were incredibly well presented and comfortable, options to organise bedrooms for either couples or friends sharing, downstairs rooms equipped with anything that could be needed.
Outdoors the grounds and hot tub are fabulous and this was before the weather was good enough to utilise the garden games and other facilities.
The dog was made as welcome as all the human guests and everyone made the best memories.
If you are considering this place, don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

Absolutely amazing!!!
Hired Llanlliana for a big birthday weekend with 20 friends and family. Wow - what a find! The communication in advance with the owners was great, but the best thing is the house itself! all the rooms are to a high standard and the entire house was immaculate. plenty of the basics left in the kitchen and you can get a tesco or waitrose delivery on the evening of your arrival if needed. the hot tub was fab and perfectly clean. genuinely could not fault the place. lovely big kitchen, massive dining table that seats everyone. You can get 21 people in if you use every bed but there is an extra charge for the extra person. There is also a type2 electric car charge available although it is slow, but no problem if you are parked for the weekend and an honesty payment scheme if you use it. We also got caterers in for a couple of meals recommended by the owners and they were also fab. We used a local events company who created a treasure hunt around Anglesey for us which took us to some amazing locations! The owners have their contact details if you fancy this. Thanks again to Emily and the team at Llanlliana - what a wonderful, memorable weekend it was!

Absolutely brilliantly
We stayed at this lovely house at the end of September for a family birthday. We had 13 people and 4 dogs staying at the house. The whole house was immaculate. The the amount and level of equipment available to use was amazing. The surrounding area was beautiful and there was a cove a short 5 minute walk from the house. The house was so nice that there was really no need to go out anywhere else, although we did. The hot tub was amazing and was used every day. The owners of the house were fabulous, friendly, attentive and always available for help. The booking process was easy and we were given the direct number to contact Emily who was always extremely helpful with any questions we had prior to arrival. I really cannot recommend the house highly enough and will definitely be returning in the future ….. one word ….. AMAZING!

Even better than last time
This is the second time we have visited which says how much the whole family of 21 enjoyed it the first time. The house itself was better equipped than last time as it had an extra freezer and oven among other things e.g. washing line. This time we also received a substantial welcome pack on arrival which we were not expecting, but it was greatly welcomed and enjoyed by our party. Bedrooms and lounges are extremely comfortable and the grounds are magnificent. We have talked about it so much since our first visit that brother in law and family are going for a week-end in September. Questions have already been asked about when we are all going again.

5 star without a doubt!
This property lives up to it's 5 star status in every respect! The location, accommodation, facilities and diligence of the management team is second to none. We spent a long awaited family week there and every one of us absolutely loved it, from the youngest at 6 to the oldest at 72. Thank you also for the wonderful basket of local goodies you provided, they were much appreciated. It is a truly magnificent holiday venue.

Amazing
Wonderful family holiday. The house is like a 5 star hotel set in beautiful countryside. Private beach on doorstep, great facilities for children with swim up hot tub, tree house, swings and acres of fields to play in. My granddaughter said on returning home that it was the best holiday she had ever been on. Owner Dan was welcoming and friendly. My sons dog loved every minute. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Cemaes Bay is an idyllic traditional seaside fishing village with a beautiful sheltered sandy beach perfect for children to dig sandcastles & paddle. There are all the essentials- post office, chemist, butcher, baker, hotels, pubs & the fish & chip shop. The Heritage Centre has a local history exhibition and cafe or you could take a boat trip around the dramatic coastline for some fishing off St Patricks Island or to look at the seal colony on the Skerries.
If you are looking for an active holiday, the Isle of Anglesey has a lot to offer. It is an ideal place for watersports throughout the year. Coastering the sea cliffs, kayaking around St Patricks Island, wakeboarding & kitesurfing at Rhosneigr or an exhilerating rib ride up the Menai Strait.
Golfers are well catered for with numerous courses including four 18 hole courses. Llanlliana is just a 15 min drive from the beautiful Bull Bay Golf Course, an 18 hole championship course with breathtaking views of the coast.
Walkers are spoilt for choice with direct access from Llanlliana onto the 126 mile long Anglesey Coastal Path, the section from Bull Bay to Cemaes Bay has been described by visitors as the most dramatic walk on Anglesey.
Discovering the delights of Anglesey from a bicycle is becoming more popular, with the most popular cycle routes around Llyn Alaw, a 4.8km long lake with award winning conservation status for the wildfowl & bird life.
