Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Leider ist das Gebäude von außen und innen sehr ungepflegt, die Terrasse ist fast nicht zu nutzen, da sich Tauben im Gebälk niederlassen und alles verschmutzen.

Great location lovely apartment
We loved Balloch and this apartment. It is centrally located, minutes from tourist information and the river Levern. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and came home relaxed. We ate at Cucina, good Italian food and Tullie Inn..a bit disappointing. We loved fish & chips from Lomond fish bar, sooo good.

Ideal location, lovely comfortable well kept apartment
The Garden Apartment is in an ideal location in Balloch, central in the village with all amenities in close walking distance. We usually stay elsewhere in Balloch but stumbled upon this apartment when our other option unavailable.
The apartment itself looks slightly run down on the exterior (fairly common for properties in area largely due to weather) however is extremely modern, comfortable and well maintained once inside the apartment.
Apartment is equipped with large fridge/freezer, plenty of crockery and cutlery and utensils. Ample seating space- we had family over a couple of times and dining table/chairs seated 7 comfortably.
The only issue for us was the beds in both rooms were really low and I had my elderly parents (in 70’s) with me so they really struggled getting in and out of the beds! I accept this was a personal issue for us.
That said, I would absolutely recommend the Garden Apartment.

Lovely staycation
The garden apartment was very comfortable, clean and with lots of thoughtful complementary items that made it relaxing from the start. Perfectly positioned for everything we needed; the loch, railway station and great places to eat and drink.

Best place to stay near Loch Lomond
We had a lovely 4 days stay in this comfortable apartment that comes with all modern facilities. It is perfectly located to visit attractions around Loch Lomond including many Walks. There are several choices for food to take away or dine in within short walkable distance. We found the place very clean especially as we were visting post-COVID lockdown. Highly recommended.

Practically perfect in every way
What The Garden Apartment lacks in curb appeal, it certainly makes up for in everything else! This apartment is one of the most comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located holiday apartments I have had the pleasure stay in (twice now). A couple of minutes walk to the local train station, convenience stores and local eateries. Close by is a multitude of attractions and activities to keep a family of all ages amused. My family love the place, and the area. Cannot recommend this apartment enough.

Amazing flat in a perfect location
Couldn't have stayed somewhere more central for everything in Loch Lomond/Balloch. The flat itself is morden and fresh. The little touches Fiona and Brian have done in the flat makes it cozy and homely. Thank you for the welcoming bread, milk and butter. They are also set up perfect for family's as there was a high chair and travel cot for my daughter. Plenty of private parking which is a huge plus as well. Nothing is too much trouble for this couple. Felt a real home from home.

As well as all the activities associated with the Loch you can also horse ride & clay pigeon shoot locally.
Fo golf enthusiasts there are also 6 good golf courses within 10 minutes drive including the home of Scottish Golf Open at Loch Lomond and the new Carrick course also on the Loch. There is also the extraordinary Hill House as designed by Chalrs Rennie Mackintosh at nearby Helensburgh.
