This is one of the most stunning areas to visit in the West of Scotland, if not in the whole of Scotland. All five properties have spectacular alpine views of Loch Etive, Ben Cruachan and surrounding mountains.

This 250 year old traditional 3 bedroom detached croft house has been sympathetically modernised over the years to retain many traditional and period features; it does contain the odd low flying beam and door lintel!
From its elevated position it has unbelievable sea loch and mountain views from all rooms. There are patios front and back in a large enclosed mature garden which surrounds the house on three sides and attracts many species of birds and animals and is ideal for barbeques, sun bathing, relaxing and admiring the views. About the neighbourhood
Our properties are approximately a mile away from the centre of Taynuilt. Which is an easy walk or cycle away or a quick drive in the car.

Taynuilt itself offers you an excellently stocked village store, with a variety of top quality produce. There is also a Post Office, a butcher, tea room, hotel and hairdresser. There is really no reason to travel to Oban, for major supermarkets, as just about everything you need can be bought in the village. The nearest Petrol Station is just 2 miles away. In the village there is also a tennis court to hire, large football pitch, golf course and childrens play park all within a mile.

Any trip by foot, road, rail, water or air will offer you unbelievably spectacular views.
Getting around
Most people travel up by car but we do have visitors that come up by rail. We are just a mile from the railway station. We can most times be around to pick you up. A lot of our visitors choose to hire a car as the buses and trains although regular do not run as often as in a city!

Cyclists have miles of quiet country road to explore, including a brand new cycle route from Oban to Fort William with large sections of free of motor traffic.

When travelling from the east, stay on the main road through Taynuilt and carry on out of the village. Go up a hill, there is a long straight, half way down the straight on the right is a signpost for Brolas next to 3 or 4 bins, follow the track, take, first right, its 100m on left.
