Garden Cottage is beautifully renovated ground floor accommodation with patio doors leading the outside seating area.
There is an open plan living/kitchen area with natural stone wall and patio door. Large family bath room with shower over bath. Master bed room with super kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with walk in shower.
It has a step to get into it and one small step inside but is all on the ground floor.

Had a fantastic trip up to Taynuilt. Travelled from England by train with my two Grandchildren. The journey was smooth, with just a 10 minute walk to the cottage from station. Garden Cottage is well equipped even a dishwasher!! My Grandchildren 6 and 8 loved...More

About the neighbourhood
We are situated in mature country house gardens, with views over mountain and Loch (sea lake). There are lots of beautiful walks from the house. The centre of the village of Taynuilt with shops tea room, post office and train station is a 20 minute walk along quite village streets.
There is easy access to all the west coast south and north of Oban as well as day trips to the islands of the Mull, Iona, Coll, Tiree, Kerrera, Lismore.

Glasgow is a 2 hour drive, Edinburgh 2.5 hours.
Getting around
Travel around the West Coast is definitely easiest by car, but we do have a train station and bus links in Taynuilt to Oban and back to Glasgow so with planning it is possible to visit and use public transport which is about 1.5 km away.
