The property was very welcoming as a fire had been lit and it was warm. Christmas decorations were all set up which was lovely since we were there over the festive period.
The property was functional- good kitchens; nice dining area; large living room.
Could have done with an extra shower.
The property is in need of some TLC and the beds need changed out. The sofa and chairs in the living room require an upgrade.
We had a nice relaxing time.

We had a lovely peaceful week at this house, and really enjoyed the incredible views, and the extensive garden. And when the weather wasn't so great, we enjoyed the table tennis, darts, and loved that it had Netflix! It was reasonably well equipped (though no coffee pot?) and was comfortable. Bill, the property manager was very helpful and friendly, and even suggested somewhere we could go to get our dog groomed! The location is great for exploring the local area, and we had some lovely walks (Edzell, Corrie Fee), and a fantastic meal out at the Drovers Arms (dog friendly).
