Disappointed
Did not have the best experience at this property, slat on the bed was broken made a terrible noise. Informed owner and left early as unable to sleep. Owner denied that the slat was broken. Felt let down by the experience. On the plus side cottage was very clean, tidy and great views.

Hi Lisa We are sorry that you felt disappointed by your stay and left early. You did not however, call the owner on the Sunday to inform him there was an issue, he called you regarding another matter and you mentioned it during the conversation but did not indicate that it was causing you not to sleep. You made no other contact with the owner apart from on the Tuesday morning when you advised him you were leaving. It was only after you returned home that you contacted us (the agent) looking for compensation, we were never contacted during your stay, or we could have helped. Had you told the owner on Sunday you were unable to sleep he would have come straight away and there would have been no need for you to leave the property early.
