Lovely peaceful location but only minutes away from Tobermory
Really enjoyed our week on Mull staying at this excellent accommodation. Decor was lovely and kitchen and bathroom modern, shower great. Such a peaceful location with beautiful scenery but only minutes away from picturesque Tobermory. Owners were friendly and welcoming. We looked forward to our daily visits from the deer outside our window. Would recommend this rental and would love to stay again. To many highlights to mention but loved all the waterfalls on Mull and beautiful beaches. Scenery was stunning, we had sunny weather luckily. Would recommend Salen and it’s two cafes. Also am birlinn restaurant for great food.

Wonderful Tobermory cottage in a spectacular location
Deerside is a cosy well equipped cottage set within beautiful scenery, yet is in easy walking distance of Tobermory. It was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything I needed for a most enjoyable weeks holiday on the Isle of Mull. Thanks to the owners who had made it as Covid safe as possible. I would hopefully return there. Here is a photo taken from the living room window, spot the deer !

Newyear break
Had a fab week for Newyear at Deerside cottage its beautiful. Its lovely wakening up to the Deer every morning. Sue and Allan are lovely hosts will defo return in the summer

Excellent Accomodation
Well appointed cottage with a recent refurb and the Local deer visited us every day. It is a ten minute walk into Tobermory, The only issue we had was the walk back to the cottage as it has a Very steep hill from town, Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues although the taxi services are readily available and only £3.00 to get back to the cottage.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay
I normally stay in a hotel when I visit Mull but with variable quality and expensive prices, I decided to give self-catering a try this year and Deerside was an inspired choice. Very well appointed with high quality fixtures and fittings, I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay for a week. The appearance of several deer in the garden one evening completed the pleasant experience.
I can fully recommend staying in Deerside to enhance a stay on this enchanting island.
