Everything you could ask for in a Holiday rental
Great accommodation, private, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with every utility provided for a short or long term rental. Location was brilliant in the historical village of Roslin and only 25 minutes away from Edinburgh city centre. James was the perfect host, there when you needed anything but he also respected our privacy. A******* all the way, I cannot recommend this property highly enough

Wonderful
We stayd for just two nights in Roslin, together with our two boys (15 and 16 years) and our dog. It is a wonderfull very comfortable house, one hugh bedroom, an extremely nice bathroom, all just perfect !

Luxury 5* Accommodation that’s a ‘MUST DO’
From the very moment you arrive, you are made to feel very welcome by the hosts James and Wendy. We could not fault the very luxurious spotlessly clean accommodation, which is beautifully architectural designed. Every need is catered for. The beds are sumptuously comfortable with crisp white linen bedding. The bathroom is stunning, with the luxury touches of complimentary toiletries. Fluffy towels, bathrobes, air conditioning ..... simply wonderful. There is secure parking and all the local amenities for food, walks and site seeing ( the famous Rosslyn Chapel is 300m away) making this a perfect holiday stay. We would heartily recommend ‘The Annexe’ as a MUST do vacation.
