This is an ideal space to relax in,with plenty of seating and a TV/DVD. There's a light and welcoming slate-floored dining room with a feature Victorian fireplace which provides an ideal space for sharing a family meal. The stylish kitchen is equipped with an oven,microwave,fridge,freezer and dishwasher,and has a glazed door overlooking the stream. The washing machine and dryer are housed in the utility room. Three steps lead up from the utility room to the comfortable twin bedroom and the shower room with WC. A further couple of steps lead up to a single bedroom which has dual access to a large bathroom with roll-top bath and WC. Steep winding cottage-style stairs lead up to the large double bedroom which has a vaulted and beamed ceiling and a 5' bed. The garden is just across the lane,overlooking the church. It has a lawn,trees,shrubs and flower beds as well as a tiny pond. Although shielded by shrubs,part of the walled boundary is open to the lane. There is parking available on the lane. More
