MAIN ATTRACTIONS: The beach, Nick Thorn Surf School, Woolacombe Riding Stables, Willingcott Golf Course and Exmoor a short drive away with wonderful walks to cater for all activity levels IN MORE DETAIL: 4 Narracott apartments provides easier access with fewer steps (5 in total) from the car park to the apartment.This first floor apartment capitalizes on taking full advantage of the uninterrupted panoramic view, being located on the corner of this premier development. With an extensive covered decked balcony running the whole length of the main living area with two large double patio doors, there is always something to watch, from changing tides to the coming and going of a passing ship. With the kitchen to one corner, the dining area is positioned to capture the views. Once inside, the accommodation is all on one level with two bedrooms, the double benefiting from an en-suite, with a very large bathroom serving the twin room. Careful positioning of mirrors maximises the natural light from the floor to ceiling windows along one side of the main living area. With everything you need from beaches to good restaurants on the doorstep the apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and is a real treat. ACCOMMODATION: Step to first floor Hall. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with Smart TV, electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with King and en-suite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with 2 Twins. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.FACILITIES AND SERVICES:Linen and towels. Gas CH. On demand hot water. High Chair. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot however space is limited. Pet welcome. Smoking permitted on balcony only. Allocated private parking for 1 car. NO DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED Housekeeper close by to help with any questions or matters on site you may have. (Note, BT is the sole supplier of broadband services in Woolacombe and as widely publicised some of the new sony devices (particularly Xperia) have problems connecting with BT hubs. If you have a sony device it is recommended that you research in advance if any software patches have been made available and downloaded on your device) FYI - there is building work on the old hotel complex next door. Your holiday home will be ready and available from 3pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am on day of departure.  So we can prepare the apartment for our next guests, please respect our turnaround times and do leave the apartment on time. Our onsite Housekeeper Sarah can be reached on the phone or via text and whose details are in the arrival instructions you will receive on receipt of full payment of your balance and which are also within the apartment. Reception can sometimes be patchy in Woolacombe and so in an emergency please do both email, call and text. If you have any questions before or during your stay, please contact Sarah and she will be happy to help you.

Fabulous apartment. Second one we have stayed in of Pamela’s and same lovely feel. Bit smaller than the previous one but the view is absolutely spectacular! Lovely place. Thank you

The location with panoramic views of the Bay and dunes is THE asset of this apartment. This softens the inconvenient parking arrangements currently in place.

About the neighbourhood
Woolacombe Bay is a three mile stretch of golden sand at the bottom of a valley. To the west Baggy Point cliffs and to the North East Morte point frame the beach. Nearby attractions include the following: Ilfracombe: A fine Victorian seaside resort with something to do whatever the weather all year round Tarka Cycle trail: National Cycle Network, Devon Coast Route 27. This is a wonderfully scenic circular route on the North Devon coast and takes in two superb traffic free sections, the National Trust coast route beside the sea at Woolacombe Sands and the former railway path from Ilfracombe to Willingcott Cross. The remainder is along attractive minor roads through quiet villages and rolling Devon farmland.
Getting around
A car is advisable, there are buses to nearby Barnstaple and Ilfracombe and good local (pet friendly) taxi services.
