Privately owned chalet of high standard aimed to give all the comforts of home with spectacular views of the Devon coastline. It should be noted that the chalet is situated on the side of a hill with no allocated parking next to the chalet. The car would need to be parked after offloading approx. 100 meters away. The location has the benefit of numerous beaches for those seeking to swim or sunbath on the sand. There is a approach golf course nearby where anyone can enjoy a game. There is an indoor swimming pool for which (there is an extra charge payable to Coast View- price to be confirmed). Guests are welcome to bring their dogs (2 Max) at no extra charge. There is a planned restaurant which is lovely to sit have a drink, food and admire the beautiful view. Very nice little chalet with everything you need, on a quiet friendly site. Lovely views as everyone says. It is a bit of a slog to walk back up from the town and beach - but it is manageable and not a bad walk across...More

Teignmouth Main Beach The lustrous stretch of coastline from Teignmouth estuary to Dawlish is called Teignmouth Main Beach. This particular seafront is hailed for its ability to intermingle rustic views of the striking Jurassic coast with a sweet sense of nostalgia, conjured by the Victorian pier and promenade. Rural but not overtly rugged, the beach is a mix of shingle and sand and slopes gently towards the sea. Teignmouth has even won an award from the Marine Conservation Society for its clean waters; they are so clear it is sometimes possible to spot dolphins off of the coast. The chalet is situated on an elevated position with no allocated car parking space. However to offload luggage the car may be brought to outside the chalet but then the car would need to be parked in the car park on site.
