We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Seascape. It is a lovely 3 storey cottage, full of character and charm. It is very clean and comfortable, also child and dog friendly (there were no dog hairs.) It is very well equipped with dvds and games,...More

Stayed here for 5 days with my family which included a 3 year old and a dog.The house was comfortable and immaculately presented and had some lovely extra touches like a goody bag for the children and even one for the dog, bed side, toys...More

About the neighbourhood
Shaldon is rich with history, thatched roofs and narrow streets. Located at the mouth of the Teign Estuary, Seascape is just 50 metres from the waters-edge and a short level walk to the village centre. Neighbouring towns include Torquay, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Exmouth, Paignton, Dawlish, Brixham - all just a short drive away.
Getting around
Shaldon is a quaint little fisherman's village with everything you might need on your doorstep including a butcher, baker, village store, fish & chip shop and many bars and restaurants some of which also do take out. Guests can visit Teignmouth for further shops by a passenger ferry and those wanting to go further afield without the car have the option of a bus that can take you to Teignmouth, Torquay and Paignton to many local attractions.
