This family run house that sleeps up to nine is available to stay in all year round. Families, couples and friends alike will love the location of this property which overlooks a park and you can enjoy views of the beautiful Exe Estuary less than a minutes walk away L'Abri is situated just a 15 minute walk from Exmouth town centre and only a 20 minute walk to the marina and the 2 miles of sandy beach. It is only a 10 minute walk to Exmouth railway station. Exmouth is Devon's third largest town with a large selection of shops, restaurants, theater, cinema, bowling alley, bars and pubs as well as its pretty beach and marina. Local cycle hire is also available. This property can sleep up to 9 people. It has two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and one twin bedroom (bunk beds). It has a large open plan kitchen/diner with attached conservatory. There is a separate lounge area and there are two bathrooms. Fully furnished with linen and towel hire available. Flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. FREE secure WI-FI. Secure enclosed rear decked area with barbecue area. Travel cot, high chair and stair gates available on request. Smoking is not permitted in the house but is acceptable outside of the house. Pets are allowed on a discretionary basis, please enquire when making a booking. During the summer months (April - Sept) we only accept one week minimum booking. 3 Days minimum during winter months (Oct - March). If you choose to book via instant booking linen and towel hire are automatically added to the booking. However if you wish not to take linen and towel hire please request for a quote, whereby the linen and towel hire can be removed.More

Interaction with guests
We will be there to greet you with the keys and spend less than five minutes showing you around the property as we know when most people arrive they just want to settle in. On a very rare occasion we are away and will leave you access to the keys via a key safe, to which we supply the code. We will then pop in to check all is okay, when we get back. Inside the property is a guest book that provides information on the local area, restaurants, Wifi Code, etc. We tend to have a hands-off approach, but we live very close by and will supply you with a contact number for you to have easy contact if you need us for anything. We are happy to offer many a suggestion of where to go, what to see, where to eat. Jusk ask.

Just returned home after spending a fantastic week at L,Abri. The accommodation cannot be faulted, plenty of space for everyone, very clean and comfortable. The owners are also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
