An bhó teach, (pron: ann bo Tchock) which means Cow's shed in Irish, is a real retreat from modern life (no TV!) while still being connected to the world (~Wifi). <BR><BR>The self-catering cottage has one room with an en-suite bathroom, with shower, and a small kitchen. It can sleep up to 3 people (with the addition of an extra bed). The cottage has its own terrace with a barbecue - should the Irish sun be willing - and your own garden.<BR><BR>The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils for cooking.<BR><BR>An bhó teach is the ideal base for cyclists, walkers or those of you who are looking for a mental retreat. There are no hidden surprises in the Cow Shed, it's exactly what it says it is and Isabelle is very fair in reminding visitors that it's small. But as a base to sleep at night and then go exploring County Clare, it was just perfect....More

I had the absolute priviledge to stay in "An Bho Teach" for one month, and I could not recommend this place higher. It quickly became my home, and I wished I could stay even longer. Isabelle is a wonderful host, always with a smile on...More
