El Dorado is a very short drive to the many breweries, restaurants, shopping, and night life that the towns of Copperhill, TN & McCaysville, GA have to offer and equally close to the Ocoee River where whitewater rafting and ziplining abound. If you feel like rolling the dice, Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino is a short 20 minute drive in Murphy, NC. While in town, you can stroll along the Toccoa and Ocoee River. Bedroom Layout: 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, sleeps 8 Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom Bedroom 2: 1 King Bedroom Bedroom 3: 1 King Bedroom Bedroom 4: One Queen Bedroom Please ready before booking: Please note there is a security camera recording located on the side of the cabin looking at the driveway. Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
