Our cottage offers additional amenities to enhance your stay with us. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided to keep the rays at bay while you relax and enjoy the ocean. An outside shower is located in the carport to rinse off after a day in the sand. Swap out the latest book you've finished with one of ours or donate it to our collection for future guests. This condo had everything we needed and wanted:
family-friendly layout, comfortable and up-to-date furnishings, a great, central location and excellent service. The owner is knowledgeable and extremely responsive and the resort-privileges made all the details around our stay convenient and seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. We'd definitely go back!

Such A Lovely Place
This cottage is comfortable and charming, and it has everything we need to enjoy our annual time in Kiawah. Every time we stay here, my family always feels at home. Carol is a wonderful host - so easy and pleasant to correspond with and very accommodating. We have stayed in many Kiawah houses over the years, but this is a favorite. The amenities are a bonus too.

Lovely, clean convenient cottage in a great location!
We had a wonderful stay in this cottage over our Christmas vacation. We would absolutely book the same house again. Carol is very responsive and the place is nicely furnished, very comfortable, and convenient to the local park and beach area. Everything was great and we hope to return before long.

A great find in relaxing Kiawah
I have stayed at that this lovely cottage twice now and intend to return. The owner, Carol, was wonderful to work with. The cottage was clean, there are plenty of linens and the kitchen is well stocked. The proximity to the park, nature center and pool are unbeatable. It is just a quick walk to rent bikes and hit the miles of bike paths on Kiawah! We will definitely be back!

Peaceful Family Retreat
This cottage was perfect for my family of four and my inlaws! The villa was clean and comfortable... Carol the owner was extremely helpful with the planning process! We had never been to Kiawah... but knew we wanted to be near Night Heron Pool since our kids live swimming and slides!! This villa was a quick walk to the Night Heron pool, but we ended up renting bikes and riding all over the island... to the beach, to tennis, to the pool! We had a blast!

Fantastic stay on Kiawah Island!
Beautiful place! We loved our stay there and the kids are already asking when we can go back! The beds were so comfortable, the screened-in porch was a nice hangout spot surrounded by trees and singing birds and the cottage is nicely decorated. Kitchen was nicely appointed (bring some baggies/wrap for leftovers/meals on the go if you do your own cooking). A very homey feel and owners are very responsive if you have questions.
The walk to the pool/nature center is short enough for young children as is the walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful...not crowded, nice sand. Easy drive to Charleston, shopping is close by, plenty of resort amenities. Yes, bring towels for the beach-towels are provided at the pool, however. Would highly recommend this cottage and resort!

Relaxing Christmas Vacation
This was a first trip to Kiawah and it most likely won't be our last. We stayed with our adult children and all decided that we must come again. The cottage is extremely clean with everything we needed. When we had a question about the cottage, we sent Carol a quick email and she answered us right away. If you want to cook, the pots and pans are quality cookware. The beds are soft and the whole feel is so very comfortable! The location is fantastic with a quick walk to the beach, park, nature center or bike rental.
If you are looking for a quality rental at Kiawah with an owner you can trust - this is the place!

This was a welcoming and lovely home
This was our first trip to Kiawah Island. My husband, myself and our 20 something year olds accompanied us. There were a total of 6 adults, and we had more than enough room. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the house was decorated beautifully, and the owners thought of everything. The location was also great. We walked to the pool and the beach daily. The owners sent an email prior to our departure telling us all about the location of the grocery store, bike rentals, and restaurants in the area. They are extremely responsive and thoughtful. You'll love your stay in Kiawah if you stay in this home!!!

Nice Villa with close proximity to amenities
We arrived at the check in and was given a booklet with info about the island and the amenities. However we were not given specifics about the beach for example that you have to pay to rent chairs and an umbrella and no beach towels are provided and to get into the adult pool they should have given us a key code, they didn't. They did however tell us the dishwasher was broken and that they would send housekeeping over to do them. I never called as I thought it would be more of a hassle and just did them. The house was nice. It has most of what you need, except beach towels:) the decorating is really cute, very suitable to the island, blues, white washed, pottery barn-ish. The only complaint we have I'd that the king bed had two flat sheets, which kept sliding up during our sleep. Other than that it was nice and Carol was very accommodating and easy to work with!

Our cottage is a single standing unit on a quiet street adjacent to Night Heron Park Complex, the hub of activity for everyone of all ages. Very peaceful and quiet. Quick 5 minute walk to Night Heron Park Complex or 8 minute walk to the beach. Carport for your car and bikes. Kiawah Island Resort allows only 2 cars in driveway.
