Open plan ground floor, oak flooring with feature wood burning stove to the living area, separate dining area and well equipped kitchen with ample cupboards and work surfaces. One of the main features of the house are the fully glazed ground floor rear elevation which provides stunning views across Somerford Lagoon opening onto enclosed decking area. To the first floor can be found spacious King Master en-suite with private balcony, further king bedroom, twin bedroom, child's bunk room as well as a family bathroom. A guest suite can be found to the second floor with separate shower room. Outside can be found enclose decking area with outdoor seating for 6 guests, lawn area. Sleeps 10. Access via a small foot bridge. Entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom, stairs rising to the first floor. Door to: Living Area: Beautifully presented with L shaped sofa, coffee table and feature wood burning stove. Fully glazed rear elevations providing a light and airy room with access to the enclosed rear decking. Open plan to kitchen. Door to: Dining room with table and chairs dining 8 guests. Access to the rear patio Kitchen: A contemporary-style kitchen with high-gloss unit's comprising excellent range of wall and base cupboard units incorporating Miele single oven, combination microwave oven & warming drawer. Induction hob with extractor over, built-in Miele Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher & wine fridge. Tall fridge/freezer. Breakfast bar with 3 stools. Bedrooms The first floor provides a spacious master king bedroom with ample wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Access leading to private balcony enjoying views across the lagoon. Further King Bedroom, twin bedroom benefitting from views over the lagoon. Child's bunk room and separate family bathroom. To the second floor can be found a guest suite comprising king bedroom with adjacent shower room. There is a utility cupboard accessed from the shower room providing washer/dryer. Additional Central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. No pets. Travel cot and high chair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the cot. Free Wi-Fi. One allocated parking space, overflow parking available. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections. Although this property does not accept pets, the owner reserves the right to allow pets during owner stays. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
