Second floor guest suite comprising double bed with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a decking area with outdoor seating and lawn area. Sleeps 8. Access via a small foot bridge. Entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom, stairs rising to the first floor. Kitchen: A contemporary-style kitchen with cream fronted unit's comprising excellent range of wall and base cupboard units incorporating single oven, combination microwave oven, gas hob with extractor over. Built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer. Island unit incorporating wine fridge, 3 bar stools. Dining Area: Table and chairs for 8 guests. Sitting Area: Comprising two sofas to sit and relax enjoying views of the lake. Living Area: Two, 3 seater sofas, coffee table and wood burning stove. Office area. Ground floor decking with table & 4 chairs. Open plan to lake. Bedrooms The first floor provides master king bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom comprising bath, separate step-in shower, WC & wash hand basin. Access to balcony enjoying views across the lake. Further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and twin bedroom. Family bathroom with shower over bath. To the second floor can be found a guest suite comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower. Additional Central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. No pets. Travel cot and high chair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the cot. Free Wi-Fi. One allocated parking space, overflow parking available. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections. Although this property does not accept pets, the owner reserves the right to allow pets during owner stays. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
