Ria Formosa offers modern architecture and the latest technology to create a stunning waterside home situated on the periphery of the estate, enjoying peace and tranquillity within its natural surroundings yet within an easy 5 minute walk of the estate facilities including on-site Restaurant and Spa. The accommodation provides spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, as well as a utility and cloakroom to the ground floor, whilst two en-suite king bedrooms, a bunk room and twin bedroom can be found to the first floor along with spacious family bathroom to include bath and separate shower cubicle. Access to the roof terrace provides you with an outdoor garden and a mini four-hole putting green, suitable for children and adults alike! GROUND FLOOR Beautifully tiled entrance hall with door to utility room and cloakroom. An open plan living, dining room and kitchen providing two single ovens, induction hob, dishwasher & tall fridge/freezer. The main living and dining area can comfortably seat eight with a lovely wood burning stove for those Winter evenings. You can enjoy fantastic views across Spinney Lake through the fully glazed rear and side bi-folding doors – a wonderful addition in the Summer months. FIRST FLOOR Lakeside Super King Bedroom – super king bed and a door to the waterside balcony. The en-suite provides a large walk in shower. King Bedroom – a king size bed and built in wardrobe. The en-suite provides a large walk in shower. Twin Bedroom – two single beds with a built-in wardrobe. Bunk Room – bunk room with a built-in wardrobe. Family Bathroom – bath with a separate shower cubicle. OUTSIDE There is a lakeside lawned area which leads down to the lake with grass steps cut into the bank to allow access into the water for canoeing and swimming. One of the main features of this property is the stunning roof terrace which provides an outdoor garden with seating to one end and a miniature four-hole putting green to the other end – great for keeping everyone entertained. ADDITIONAL Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and high chair provided however guests must bring their own linen for the cot. WiFi included. Sorry no pets. Two parking space to be found to the front of the property, over flow parking available a short distance away. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections Please be aware that this property is located in an area where there is on-going construction work. Please contact the office for further information. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
