The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. The master suite can be found to the second floor with open plan shower room,separate WC. The living/dining area is located to the first floor taking full advantage of the stunning Lake view to the rear. Contemporary style kitchen opening onto main first floor terrace with table & chairs providing alfresco dining and seating area. Cinema room accessed from the kitchen area with the living/dining area to the rear with unparalleled views across the Swillbrook Lake. Access to small balcony. Upon request we are able to offer the use of the sofa bed for two children in the Cinema Room. This property accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children. GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS The ground floor provides family bathroom comprising step in double shower, WC and wash hand basin. Utility cupboard housing separate washing machine & dryer. Front Twin Bedroom with chest o drawers with mirror over, carpet. Door to shared Jack & Jill bathroom. Jack & Jill Bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment, wash hand basin & WC. Door to: Rear Twin bedroom with built in wardrobes, sliding doors to the ground floor terrace. King Bedroom with built-in wardrobes, sliding doors to the ground floor terrace. Carpet. FIRST FLOOR Open plan accommodation comprising: Kitchen Area – Good range of contemporary gloss units to included tall fridge, separate 3 drawer freezer, wine fridge, double oven, induction hob inset into island unit incorporating 4 bar stools, complimented by stone worktops. Fully equipped to accommodate 8 guests. Door to snug and sliding doors leading onto the large first floor terrace with table & chairs dining 6, further seating area. Cinema room – Wall mounted tv, blu-ray dvd player. Sofa bed. Living/Dining Area – Light & airy room with vaulted ceiling and benefitting from fully glazed rear elevations providing stunning views over the Swillbrook Lake. 2 large Sofa's & chair. Coffee table and feature inset wood burning stove. Dining table seating 10. Sliding doors onto the Balcony with seating. SECOND FLOOR Stairs rising from first floor landing: Open mezzanine area with footie table leading to: Master Bedroom with King bed, open plan shower area with twin vanity units and double shower. Separate WC. ADDITIONAL Bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. One allocated parking space, overflow parking available. Free Wi-Fi, charcoal BBQ. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
