Ground floor accommodation offers twin bedroom with family bathroom adjacent, two lake side double bedrooms, one with en-suite wet room as well as a ground floor utility room . To the first floor can be found open plan living comprising kitchen, dining/living area with wood burning stove and access to the rear lakeside balcony offering stunning views across the Nature Lake. There can also be found a double bedroom and adjacent shower room to the first floor. Accommodating 8 guests. The property is within a 5-minute walk of both the Restaurant and Spa facility. GROUND FLOOR Twin bedroom – Carpeted, built-in wardrobe and blackout blind. Family bathroom – bath with shower over, WC & wash hand basin. Tiled floor and heated towel rail. Lakeside double en-suite bedroom with bedside cabinets and built-in cupboard and access to terrace. Curtains, carpet. Access to: En-suite Wet Room – Large walk-in shower, WC, vanity wash hand basin, tiled floor and surrounds. Lakeside double bedroom – with bedside cabinets and table lamps, carpet, curtains built-in wardrobe. Utility Room – housing separate washing machine & tumble dryer FIRST FLOOR First Floor – Spacious open plan living comprising: Kitchen – Modern units with granite work surfaces over. Single oven, induction hob, dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer. Fully equipped to accommodate 8 guests. Living/ Dining Area – table & chairs for 8 guests. Comfortable seating arrangements comprising 2 sofas and occasional chair, feature wood burning stove. TV with Blueray disc player Access to the first floor rear facing balcony with enjoying a westerly facing aspect across the Nature Lake. Double Bedroom – with bedside cabinets & lamps. Storage cupboard, carpet & curtains. Door onto the first floor front facing balcony. Shower Room – Shower cubicle, wash hand basin & WC. Tiled floor. OUTSIDE Access to the Roof Terrace can be found from the first floor with BBQ and table and chairs. One allocated parking space with overflow parking available. ADDITIONAL Spa use is included and there is central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot & highchair provided however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cots. Nespresso machine and Beats Pill wireless speaker provided. Free WiFi provided. Please be aware that the WiFi signal varies as fibre optic is currently not available – the homeowner cannot be responsible for the slow WiFi connections. No pets allowed. This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding. Changeover Days – Flexible.
