Situated on the banks of Somerford Lagoon, the property boasts far-reaching views across the water and benefits from direct lakeside access for canoeing or kayaking. GROUND FLOOR The open-plan kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing and serving meals, complete with five ring gas hob and electric oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area faces out over the banks of the lake and comfortably sits 10. The remainder of the ground floor is taken up with a selection of sofa and armchair seating providing plenty of space for family and friends to catch up and relax. There is a TV complete with DVD player. The outstanding feature of this house is the atrium which is positioned around the middle of the house, providing plenty of light and a double height ceiling which continues through the first and second floor. The downstairs living areas face out of the lake with a number of floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, providing open views of the lake and plenty of al fresco dining. BEDROOMS The master en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor and provides access to the balcony overlooking the lake. There is a second double bedroom with balcony access and the third bedroom is a bunk bed room. There is a family bathroom on this floor. The second floor offers a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a family bathroom. OUTSIDE Ground floor decking accessed from both the living area and dining area, outdoor garden furniture. Stunning views across the lagoon. ADDITIONAL Bed linen, towels, highchair and travel cot are provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. One allocated parking space, overflow parking, free Wi-Fi. Sorry, No Pets. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding. On arrival the house was far too hot. Heating set at 25 with all the radiators set on max. We had to open all the windows to cool the house down. Kitchen storage we felt was inadequate. There was little space for us to store...More
