Set back from the westerly shoreline of Swillbrook Lake, divided by a private garden area which is accessed from the main garden, and provides an idyll to sit and enjoy the scenery of this truly stunning nature lake. Beautifully presented, this three storey, contemporary, detached, five-bedroom property also has the addition of a roof terrace which provides views across the lake and wider estate. The owners have taken great care over the internal furnishings and have ensured a high level of fixtures and fittings throughout. The accommodation provides three ground floor double bedrooms and a master super king suite and further double and family bathroom to the first floor. OUTSIDE The property is accessed via private gates. One allocated parking space with overflow parking available. Garden – This property is one of only a handful to benefit from its own, secluded lakeside garden. The perfect spot to enjoy a picnic or watch the sun go down. Roof terrace – Accessed from second floor balcony. Garden table and chairs, seating. Stunning views across the Swillbrook Lake and beyond. The rear balconies are connected via a spiral staircase rising to the second floor. NB: please be aware that there is no waterside access onto Swillbrook Lake as this is a nature conservation lake. There are various entry points to the lakes around the estate. ADDITIONAL Central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and highchairs provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cots. Wi-Fi included. Sorry, no pets allowed. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections This property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
