The property is accessed via footbridge leading to a covered loggia, with the main garden to the rear, which is separated by a small waterway, with second garden area leading to the shoreline of Somerford lagoon. The property has been finished to a high standard with oak flooring to the ground floor, wood-burning stove and beautifully appointed kitchen. KITCHEN A contemporary-style kitchen with high-gloss units and contrasting wood effect units make for a clean and modern feel. Well-fitted kitchen with double oven, warming drawer, American style fridge/freezer, Neff coffee machine, dishwasher and wine fridge complimented by stone work tops incorporating a breakfast bar. Opens onto the lounge/dining area. GROUND FLOOR LOUNGE/DINING AREA Living area with ample sitting arrangements comprising three sofas and two tub chairs, and wood-burning stove for the cosy nights in whilst watching the wall-mounted TV. Full-width sliding glazed doors provide access to the terrace from both the living and dining area with garden furniture for al fresco dining whilst taking in the stunning views across the lagoon. Spacious dining area with formal dining table for six and further table seating four. Selection of books and board games. BEDROOMS The first floor provides a spacious master king bedroom with ample wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Access leading to private balcony with bistro table to sit and relax whilst enjoying views across the lagoon. Two further double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with access to a west-facing balcony and single bedroom with built-in wardrobe and access to private balcony with views over the lagoon. To the second floor can be found a guest suite comprising spacious double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. There is a utility cupboard accessed from the bathroom providing washer/dryer. ADDITIONAL Central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. No pets. Travel cot and high chair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the cot. Free Wi-Fi. One allocated parking space, overflow parking available. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections The property is subject to a £500 refundable damage deposit. On-site canoe and bike hire, shop and restaurant, seasonal opening. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
