All of this is complimented by a beautiful contemporary fitted kitchen, open-plan living areas, well-fitted bathrooms and shower rooms, oak flooring and a wood-burning stove. There is a superb master bedroom suite to the second floor, four further bedrooms and two bathrooms. GROUND FLOOR Lakeside double bedroom with direct access onto the ground floor deck, with two built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Single oven, five-ring gas hob, integrated dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave and combined washer/dryer. Breakfast bar with seating for four. Living Area Double-height vaulted living area with full height glazed elevations, providing fantastic views of the lake and surrounding architect-designed houses. Dining for ten. Three seater and two seater sofa positioned around a wood-burning stove. TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. Access to the first floor balcony with spiral stairs leading to the ground floor decking overlooking the lake. Bedroom First floor single bedroom with additional truckle bed upon request.
