One of the main features of the property is the large roof terrace which enjoys views across the estate. The property offers ground floor living/dining with access to the outdoor balcony with BBQ and garden furniture. On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms, both with private balconies, a further child's bedroom with single bed and pull out truckle if required, and a twin bedroom and family bathroom featuring a separate bath and shower cubicle. Access to the roof terrace is from the first floor landing. Sleeps 7 + 1. ACCOMMODATION - GROUND FLOOR Oak flooring throughout. Snug comprising small sofa, desk and wall-mounted TV. Utility room / cloakroom – Neff washing machine and separate tumble dryer, cloak cupboard. Door to cloakroom providing WC and hand wash basin. KITCHEN Excellent range of wall and base cupboard units, complimented by granite work surfaces. Built-in double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Breakfast bar to dining side with two bar stools. DINING AREA Table and chairs dining eight. Wood-burning stove. Assortment of games and puzzles. LIVING AREA Sofa seating five guests, matching footstool. Wall-mounted TV, Blu-ray disc player. Access to the outside balcony with garden furniture and BBQ. FIRST FLOOR Two en-suite (shower) king bedrooms with wardrobes. Access to a private balcony. Twin bedroom – Two single beds, bedside table and lamps. Built-in wardrobe. Single bedroom – Child's room with single bed and pull-out truckle underneath. Please request this at point of booking. Family bathroom – Separate shower cubicle, bath with shower attachment, WC and hand wash basin. Roof terrace – Accessed from the first floor landing via an electrically operated roof light. Two sun loungers, garden table and bench. ADDITIONAL Towels and bed linen provided. No pets. Travel cot and high chair available, however guests must bring their own linen for the cot. Wi-Fi included. One allocated parking space, overflow parking. Spa use included, please contact the Spa direct for opening times for Guests. Please be aware the Wi-Fi signal varies, there is no fibre optic currently available on the Estate. The homeowner cannot be responsible for slow Wi-Fi connections. As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
