The second bedroom on this floor pairs two twin beds in quaint farmhouse-inspired blue check patterned linens opposite a wall-mounted flat-screen and with easy access to a private bath with enclosed shower. What both bedrooms share is stunning sliding-glass-door access to a beautifully serene pool deck. Here a lush slate deck surrounds sparkling blue waters which enjoy immense privacy thanks to tall wood surrounds, and ample shade thanks to the twisting boughs of live oaks above. A gas grill, lush garden and chaise loungers round out the many pleasures of this gorgeous outdoor space. On the second floor, heart of pine flooring runs throughout an open living space surrounded by unparalleled views of the 18th fairway and Calibogue Sound. Bright and airy thanks to tall windows, this space incorporates a dining area with seating for up to eight, and a pair of conversation areas. One situates a couch and two armchairs to take full advantage of the view, while another wraps a sofa, loveseat and two armchairs around a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, lovely antique fireplace and built-in bookshelves. Sliding glass doors on this floor give way to a spacious deck gazing out over that magnificent view with steps down to the pool. This floor also incorporates a marvelous kitchen with attached den. The den enjoys a private balcony with French doors overlooking the front garden, plus plush blue sleeper sofa and nautical-inspired armchair, as well as custom cabinets housing a television. Adjacent is the kitchen, which wraps ample counterspace in rich black speckled granite around a chef’s dream with Amana flat glass-top stove and GE stainless steel microwave and refrigerator. The third floor houses two more bedrooms, each with something special. The first pairs two double beds in rich mint and cream in a space enjoying a private sitting area and a personal balcony with astounding views through Spanish moss. This bedroom also enjoys a private bath with tiled glass-door walk-in shower. The third floor’s second bedroom also presents two double beds, these in country-inspired blues, and wraps them in a panorama of windows offering unbelievable views of Calibogue Sound. Adding to the appeal is a set of built-in bookshelves with television and an en suite with single basin vanity and tub shower combo. All the amenities you’d expect from a modern vacation paradise come together in this attached end-unit, wrapped in a charming façade of antebellum elegance and placed in one of the most desirable locations in Sea Pines, just a short ride to the beach and to all the shopping, dining and excitement of Harbour Town. Fireplaces are decorative & not for guest use. Homes with a pool may be heated and an additional charge will apply, please inquire at time of booking.
