Your historic waterfront Guest House on the Delaware River dating from the 18th century. You will have a three bedroom, 1.5 bath Guest House with 3 private entrances. The Guest House is attached to the owners home with massive two foot thick stone walls separating the Guest House from the owners living space. Modern, historically correct windows also ensure privacy & peace and quiet for our guests. The wide plank flooring, four fireplaces, exposed beams and antiques take you back to the 1700’s the moment you walk through your private entrance.... Relax with your favorite beverage fireside in the cozy family room, study or dining room. These are ideal open spaces to just hang out and relax. Riverstone is the ideal spot for a romantic weekend retreat, group rendezvous or simply relaxing fireside with a good friends or family. Flexibility is the hallmark of your stay. Unlike a classic B&B, we are a 'Laissez-faire' Guest House where our guests have the prerogative to determine their level of privacy... just let us know. We have no scheduled meals and your breakfast is provided at the Homestead General Store located just around the corner from Riverstone. The are open at 7 AM daily and you just present your voucher for a wonderful breakfast on your schedule. During your stay there are no other guests- it is just you and your party. Explore history, enjoy nature and and the interesting local dining and shopping opportunities at your leisure. Relish breathtaking views of the Delaware River from nearly every room in the house. With your safety and protection in mind, smart smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the Guest House. Complimentary WIFI is also provided. Our dock overlooking the river is a lovely place to also unwind or on the brick patio in the back yard. We have a canoe and two kayaks available during the warm weather months for our guests to explore the river from our private dock. Four bicycles (one tandem) are also available for you to explore the Delaware Canal towpath. More

Unlike a classic B&B, there are no other guests- it is just you and your party. We are a 'Laissez-faire' Guest House where our guests determine the level of host interaction... just let us know. We have no scheduled meals and you have 24 hour access to the kitchen which is stocked with coffee, bottled water, snacks and chocolate treats for your enjoyment. Breakfast is provided at the Homestead General Store located just around the corner from Riverstone. They open at 7 AM daily where guests present their voucher for a wonderful breakfast on your schedule.
