The fourth bedroom is probably not suitable for young children as it is located downstairs with a double bed. The property features a reverse cycle air conditioner and a combustion wood fire for all year round comfort. Only a 6 minute walk to Mollymook Shopping centre offering convenient shopping including IGA, Bakery, Delicatessen,Cafe, Pharmacy, Bottle shop, Newsagency plusBannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill. There is plenty to entertain the kids - pack your snorkels, kayaks and surfboards, Bring your hiking shoes and climb the famous Pigeon House Mountain, visit the Clyde River Berry Farm and pick your own berries from December - January, or browse through the shops in Ulladulla or visit Historic Milton which is only a 5 minute drive and browse antique shops, art galleries and trendy cafes and restaurants. Golfers can have the choice between one of the more scenic nine hole courses on the coast or a challenging 18 hole championship course on the Hilltop. The perfect holiday house in Mollymook for your beach holidays with family and friends. Property has a strict "no party policy" and all guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property. Reviews Myself and some friends recently stayed at Carol Ave, the property is clean, fresh, airy, has a fabulous deck, some lovely quiet reading/nap nooks, excellent kitchen, comfy beds, a real home away from home. Easy walk to beautiful Mollymook beach, where every day is different and fantastic!, surfed, lawn bowled, dined at Bannister's, shopped at Milton, Sunday tunes at Cupitt's winery, so many things to do but the house is so comfortable, easy to stay home and do nothing.Definitely recommend.
