The house is in a beautiful location, fantastic views and a short walk to local beaches.
I was a little disappointed overall due some areas of the property looking tired and area's that needed a good clean. I also fed back that the mattress's in all rooms need replacing as we had quite an uncomfortable nights sleep.
I did feed this back to Josh the property manager and he was very apologetic and he would look into my feedback.
Overall we still had a lovely stay and the negatives can be easily fixed by Josh.

The cliff house offered all the amenities for our family/girls trip.
Exploring Merrimbula and surrounds, taking in nature, seeing local wildlife was just a stones throw away. Quiet strolls on the beach and sunrise coffees became part of the morning routine. When the beaches were busy we had the luxury of our own private pool, to relax and swim.
The upstairs catered for 6 people, while a separate area allowed our for additional guests. The 8 of us slept comfortably.
Josh was an exception hosts, communicating with us from booking, check in, check out and after our trip to ensure we had everything we needed.
Definitely looking to return, to do some c whale watching.

My family all had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property to celebrate my mum's belated 60th. The property is actually more impressive and beautiful than the pictures online show. However a big let down for us was that there was no gate to the property to prevent our golden retriever getting out so we needed to keep him locked inside when we went out as the balcony was too hot for him in the sun. Being a pet friendly property I would have expected appropriate gates in place - not just around the pool. Other than that the house was immaculate and spacious and overall we had a wonderful stay.
