Our lovely two bedroom Chalet is situated on the 4 Star Haven Perran Sands Holiday Park and is just a 600 metre walk to the beach and 350 metres to the South West Coastpath. It is double glazed, comfortably furnished and has heating throughout; there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin). There's a comfortable lounge with sofa seating as well as a separate dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen. Haven Perran Sands really does have something for all of the family; the facilities include: Restaurants Bars with Daytime and Evening Entertainment Fish & Chip Shop Pizza Parlour Heated Indoor Pool with Water Flume Heated Outdoor Pool Surfing School Kite Surfing Sports Court & Coaching Games Room Play Area & Adventure Playground Kids Clubs Free Wifi Amusements Shop Launderette You may need to buy passes for certain activities and facilities - please ask for further details. The Chalet is double glazed, comfortably furnished and decorated in a modern style with heating throughout. Please note we clean our Chalet, we do not use “contract cleaners”. The comfortable lounge has a Freeview Digital TV, DVD, CD and Radio as well as some books and electric heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. There is also a dining area with table and chairs. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom; we supply all duvets and pillows and all beds will be made up for your arrival free of charge; please remember to bring your own towels and tea towels. The bathroom has a bath (with a shower over) as well as a wash hand basin and toilet; in the cupboard there's also an iron, ironing board and a hoover. Outside the Chalet there is a level patio area and garden chairs are available for you to use and about 20 metres away there's a grassed play area. You can park outside the Chalet and, even though they haven't been adapted for disabled access, there is just one low step (about 10cm) into the Chalet. Electricity is supplied via a £1 meter with the average weekly usage being about £7; this will depend, of course, upon your own use. We are happy to accept bookings from families and couples. A cot and highchair are available for £35.00 each per stay but I don't supply cot bedding; if you would like to hire the cot and/or highchair, it's really important that you request them before you book so that I can add the cost to your quote. Regrettably, the charge for the cot/highchair cannot be added once you have booked. Please Note - Wifi is available from reception, not at the property itself. We offer short breaks and can be flexible on arrival and departure days outside of the Whitsun Half Term and Summer school holidays. However, during the main holidays, you are welcome to stay for less than a week (between Saturdays) but the full weekly tariff would apply. Please let me know, before booking, if there are any allergies (or other issues) that may affect your ability to take this holiday or enjoy it to the full and I will be happy to make any adjustments possible. This chalet was easy to find on the site and close to amenities. Well equioted chalet, quiet location. Perranporth a great little village with lovely beach. Would recommend stay.

This is a fantastic chalet in a great location very close to the beach and not far from Perrenporth itself. Great base to explore the local beaches. Very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

About the neighbourhood
Perranporth Perranporth is well placed in North Cornwall to be an ideal base to explore the county, close to Newquay and St Ives. The resort has 3 miles of beach which is golden and sandy although the Holiday Park has direct access to it's own private beach - so you're spoilt for choice ! There is a good selection of places to eat and drink with many having superb views over the beach...ideal if you want a breather but still want to keep an eye on the younger ones ! The boating lake in the village is a great place to try and get your 'sea legs' before venturing out into the sea – good fun for all the family ! There's a surf school on the holiday park as well.
Getting around
There is a bus service from outside the holiday park to Perranporth and Truro with onward connections to the rest of Cornwall.
