BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEWS Sea Breeze is a well equipped property in an elevated position with stunning sea views over Perranporth. You can take in the views with a glass of wine on the balcony or relax in the cosy lounge and watch the waves from the comfort of the sofas. It is just a short walk to all of Perranporth's amenities, the beach and the South West coast path. The property is an 'upside down' house adjacent to the owners home with its own private access and decked area at the rear of the property. On the ground floor is the double bedroom with sea views, family bathroom and the twin bedroom which leads to the utility room. Upstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining area and living area which opens up to the balcony with sea views. Many activities can also be enjoyed from Perranporth including coastal walks, historical sites, golf, fishing, surfing, horse riding on the beach, paragliding over the sand dunes and skydiving for the more adventurous.More

A guest information form will be sent out to guests which needs to be completed and returned before your stay. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises inside or outside. The property is an upside down house with stairs leading down from the lounge. If you have very young children (crawling/toddler stage) the layout may not be suitable for them. Please feel free to contact the owner for advice.

Perranporth is ideally located on the north coast with its dramatic coastline and central enough that you can choose to explore anywhere from Lands End to Looe! Three miles of golden sandy beach, a tidal rock pool on Chapel Rock for paddling and some great waves for body boarders and surfers alike, Perranporth Beach is a popular family destination. There are plenty of surf schools to choose from if you want to learn to catch a wave or improve your style. Getting around
There are some fantastic coastal walks that you can walk from Perranporth, no need for a car / public transport, but if you need them there are buses that can bring you back to Perranporth. Buses run through Perranporth from Newquay, Truro and St Ives. Please check First Kernow website for more details on the bus network.
