Holiday Rental House
You will love my place because of the double bedroom with a spacious en-suite. The house has two bathrooms so you have full privacy morning and evening. Our house is suitable for those working in the area, coming to see a show or visiting family/friends. We have a Jack Russell dog who is used to guests. There is CCTV on all the external doors and stairway for our and your protection. You may have visitors who are welcome to use the facilities downstairs (inc WC) but they are not allowed upstairs (registered guests only)....You will love my place because of the double bedroom with a spacious en-suite. We live at the house and are available to advise on local eateries and activities. You have full access to the kitchen, dining room and your own fridge downstairs. You have access to a large lounge with a TV and sound system to watch films, gaming etc. We have another lounge for ourselves so it's never been a problem when people want to watch different channels.

Good links to public transport. Shops nearby include artisan bakery, chemist, hairdresser, chinese chippy, english chippy, Tesco Express. No struggle to park near the house, set in mixed development of family houses and bungalows built in 1960s. Steam train runs nearby at weekends from Burrs Country Park to Bury or Rawtenstall.. Close to West Pennine Moors (north) and tram to Manchester city centre (south).
Getting around
Frequent buses into Bury interchange for town centre or tram into Manchester. Taxis are £5 from the taxi stand at Kay Gardens or £3 Uber to our house from Bury and take about five minutes to arrive. Good links to the motorway network (ten minute drive).
