House Rental

Sea-for-Miles is a stunning cliffside home with private pool located just 1 km from San Juan del Sur. Named for its majestic views of Nicaragua's Pacific coast, Sea-for-Miles is framed by views of Costa Rica to the south, Paradise Bay to our west and the Bay of San Juan del Sur, to our north. Just a short 5-min walk or 2-min drive from town, we are far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of nature but close enough for everything this colorful Nicaraguan village has to offer.

Children above age ten(10) are permitted. Parents should note that we are high on a cliff with no security or pool fencing so property is not suitable for toddlers or children under ten (10). Children over age ten (10) are welcome. Smoking not permitted; there are no designed smoking areas on the property. Power is very expensive in Nicaragua; we ask guests to be aware of turning off all lights and fans when not in use, and to please clean kitchen area after every meal to avoid creepy crawlies.

About the neighbourhood

Here, you are one with nature and will experience things you never could in the village below. Wake up to tropical birds singing outside your room in the morning. Enjoy breakfast on the patio watching whales jump and play in the bay below (migrating season Dec-early April0. Hike the surrounding hills during the day and take in the breathtaking scenery around you. Then, in the evening dine poolside while the sun sets, a sky full of diamonds lights your table and monkeys call to each from the trees at dusk (home cooked Nicaraguan meals are available upon request; ask your caretaker to make these special arrangements for you upon check-in).

How to get there

Find the central park in the center of town...you can't miss it - there's a large orange Catholic church on the east side of the park. Take the road behind the church and drive south to what appears to be a dead end but is simply a large, brown, concrete wall. Take the road to your immediate right going straight up. You will come to a security gate and the guard will take your plate number. You are now entering the private area of Paradise Bay. Keep driving up past several turns and watch for a large water tank on your right. When you see it, we are next house on your left. You made it! Welcome to Sea-for-Miles!
