The view from the living room and deck is just amazing
Beach below is easy to get to and not crowded at all
Kitchen is excellent great fridge, stove etc
Upstairs bedroom with 2 queens facing the ocean is amazing
Nice distance between Depoe and Lincoln city. Easy access to both
Oregon rentals has great communication
Texts and emails clearly lay out addresses check in codes etc. and not a ridiculous list of to do when you leave like some
Just start the dishwasher and lock the doors. Very nice.
Not so Pros
The hot tub was absolutely filthy and unusable I sent an email but to be fair I didn’t report it via phone
Walk in shower is really nice but it really needs a deep clean. Very dirty grout down lower in the shower

Couldn’t have asked for more sight seeing/family activities within a short drive, and being seconds From beach access was amazing. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem. We normally stay at Salishan lodge but chose to try a house for the first time. Other than some hair left around the toilet in the bathroom- everything else was clean and nice. We could walk just around the corner and the beach is right there. Not able to get down from your deck, but this is prime location and who knew my new favorite restaurant was a 9 minute walk in town. You have to go to Side Door Cafe. Amazing dinner right in town.

Wonderful home, well cared for clean. We've never rented a VRBO that was so well stocked with kitchen supplies. Two recommendations - new bed pillows and the bed in one of the rooms is a double; not exactly made for a couple. We had a wonderful time and return.

A wonderful weekend for a mom and her two daughter...
A wonderful weekend for a mom and her two daughters and daughter in law. Plus the newest 2 mo old member of the family. This happened to be a record breaking weather weekend but this property would be wonderful in any season. Easy beach access, hot tub, protected deck and spacious living room. Would book again. Just needed some wine glasses and a workable corkscrew!

Overall happy and the house is comfortable and flows well. Location cannot be beat….great views and access to beach. However there are housekeeping issues for sure. Carpets are filthy. Shower grout needs help. Discovered blood stains on sheets in master and I’m not sure the bedding had even been changed. When trundle bed was pulled out for my youngest granddaughter we found popcorn on the sheets. Clearly that bedding had not been changed so her mother changed it. Window screen is missing in master bedroom. There was only a small salt and pepper set from the grocery store in the kitchen and two rolls of paper towels; in most places we’ve rented there are at least things like foil, ziploc bags or plastic wrap, and maybe a few other things in the cupboards that folks might need and would not think they had to bring with them. And it’s a beach house….I expected a couple of beach towels for guest use in a house which purports to have everything you need for your beach stay. Garbage can outside should be emptied between guests; ours was full upon our arrival. However, we had a great time and these are all things which can and should be addressed. Knowing what we know, we would go back and just be prepared with more supplies. And hope that our beds had clean sheets on them!!
