Reports from the ladies who were able to attend were all quite positive. Everyone loved the location and ocean views. Several mentioned the lack of wash cloths (we will bring our own if needed!!) One cousin is a professional home cleaner and did mention the fan in the bedroom needed attention - maybe a new filter? Also, labels on the garbage and recycle bins outside would help get the items in the right place!! I will be asking for a count of ladies for next year and unless there are more than fit at Neptune's Watch that house is at the top of our list!! Thanks so much for sharing your beach house! We love this beach house, plenty of room for all. The views are amazing and hot tub is great! The ice maker does not work and there’s no ice trays available, just an FYI.
We will probably be back this summer! Thank you!

Beautiful view, kitchen stocked, Dirty, very bad master bedroom, 85 degrees in there maintence could not fix, shower pressure excellent, not in master or on suite middle room, not worth the price, outside door would not lock when leaving.
Tv, didn’t work until maintenance came out to fix. No ice freezer not making ice. Bunk beds you can’t sleep on do to the springs, twin beds could only use 1 other mattress sunk on the left. Lots of little things. But beautiful view

Loved the view and that it was ocean front. The accommodation was comfortable for personal privacy and group visiting. Would come back if I have the opportunity in the future.
