Within walking distance of the many facilities and amenities the town centre has to offer, the house is ideal for those looking for the convenience of such a location, but would also like to be able to escape to a holiday home hidden away in a quiet corner.

Approached via a private gravelled drive, 3 Woodford House has parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house. There is a living room with a dining area which overlooks the attractive private rear garden. The kitchen, although quite compact, offers all the facilities one would need. 4 nights: 80% of the weekly rent.
5 nights: 85% of the weekly rent.
6 nights: 90% of the weekly rent.
In order to make a reservation more than 60 days in advance, a reservation fee of 30% of the rental value will be required, the balance then being due 60 days before the holiday starts, along with the booking fee of £35.00 and the refundable security deposit of £150.00. Payment can be made by debit card or credit card, or bank transfer. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
