Lovely house with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of rooms to relax without being on too of each other. Lovely view and garden was great for us and the dog.

Disgusting customer service
We stayed here for my disabled fathers 70th with a very old dog also who is in their last year. Decoy first off asked us for a minimum of £500 safety deposit which was extreme but we agreed. They provided no bin bags, cleaning products, even essentials like sugar we had to go out and get when we got there. They then charged us £260 for stains (I had pictures that they were already actually there!) and urine stains from the dog which we had tried to clean with all that we had which was an 80 pence bottle of fairy liquid.
They also tried to charge us £40 for excessive rubbish bags even though these had not been cleared from the party before us! They told us it was dog friendly yet commented in the email that we shouldn’t bring the dog with us if it has problems! This dog is very old and now has a few accidents (as do humans at this age!) so this was absolutely disgusting considering this dog is a family member and probably the last holiday he will have.
What should of been nice memories for my disabled fathers 70th is now tarnished and we will be taking it further!
