Interaction with guests
Upon booking we email a sheet of 'Additional Information' that lists suggestions from things to do to places to eat. We greet every guest personally and show them around their property and give them an induction of how the pool works. Someone is usually on site should there be any questions during your stay but we aim to leave you to enjoy the cottage, facilities and idyllic surroundings in peace.

Kerb appeal, stunning gardens, stylish and comfortable, fabulous pool, private tennis court, near great pubs. I did not want to leave. We felt so relaxed and happy.

Kingham is a gorgeous village – we went on an epic walk and whilst it was a bit parky down by the river we warmed up in the Wild Rabbit which is truly extraordinary (it has a Michelin star). Kingham is a little gem. The...More

About the neighbourhood
Kingham is a quiet village with interesting architectural features and blessed with a fabulous location. Within the village are two award winning pubs; The Wild Rabbit and The Kingham Plough. Other excellent pubs are in the surrounding villages. A mile up the road is the world-renowned Daylesford Spa, organic farm shop and restaurant. A mind blowing and wallet-lightening experience that has to be seen to be believed!
Getting around
Kingham is a rural village and as such a car is recommended.

However, Kingham train station has an excellent service on the London / Hereford line and most trains are met by a bus that drops people in the middle of Kingham village.

There is a bus service that travels to the local market town of Chipping Norton and from there buses to further afield can be met.

If you are travelling by car, enter OX7 6YL into your SatNav or Route Planner. If it requires a house number use 11, which is opposite Kingham Lodge.

West Street turns into West End at a tree in the middle of the road, treat it like a roundabout and turn right. The cottages are on your left, the gravel drive to their car park is alongside Kite’s Gate.
