Just south of Seahouses is Beadnell Bay with its unique west facing harbour for sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. Good golfing (0.5 miles), fishing and horse riding available locally. Glass gable end window with double door access to courtyard (gated). Master bedroom: Super king size bed, can be made up as twin beds. Ensuite shower room Bedroom 2: king size bed, can be made up as twin beds. Jack 'n' Jill access to family bathroom. Ensuite shower-room: shower, WC, wash hand basin. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin. Entertainment: 40 inch wall mounted flat screen TV in lounge, both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs. DVD player, Ipod Dock, internet access is via a wireless mobile phone network. For families: The Cartshed has limited facilities for young children, note, the floors are all stone flagged, travel cot and high chair can be hired, there are plenty of indoor games supplied Outside: courtyard with barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining and relaxation. Parking: carport. General: WiFi. Bedding (duvets per bed & 2 pillows per person), bed linen, towels (hand & bath sheet per person, plus bathroom hand towels), underfloor heating, solar hot water. October-March initial supply of logs, kindling & matches. Welcome pack: tea, coffee, sugar, milk. K9 welcome pack if you have booked your dog. Pets: well behaved dogs welcome (up to 2) * £25.00 each per week or part thereof. Dogs should not be allowed on the furniture or left in the property unattended (unless crated - crates can be hired). Please note: Dog duvet, plastic dog bed, medium and large dog crates can be hired. Bedrooms will be made up as doubles unless specifically requested. Low Occupancy Discount - 1 bedroom option for 2 persons; 1st November-Easter excluding Christmas, New Year and school holidays. This is a no smoking and no vaping property.
