About the neighbourhood
Shireburne Park is situated one mile from the market town of Clitheroe, and one mile from the picturesque village of Waddington, which has won the “Best Kept Village in Lancashire” award several years running.
Here at Shireburne Park we are blessed with stunning views of Pendle Hill.
The Ribble Valley is steeped in history to explore, but Shireburne Park feels a world away from the noise and traffic.
It is an ideal spot for a walking or cycling holiday, or using for a base to visit many of the many North West attractions or even the Yorkshire Dales. Alternatively it can simply be a great place to relax and unwind. We are also home to some of Lancashire great eating establishments.
A warm friendly Lancashire welcome awaits everyone.
Getting around
Take one of the many picturesque walks, or hop one of our very convenient village bus services to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Edisford Bridge is just down the country lane and is a lovely place for families to enjoy a picnic on the banks of the Ribble or a lovely walk along the river.
