In a sought-after spot on Deal's picturesque seafront, with its pebble beach and award-winning Pier, you're just a short, level walk along the prom to restaurants, pubs, a wide selection of shops including independent and high street names, and supermarkets. In more detail: Sitting Room: Original fireplace, comfortable 3/4 seater sofa, two arm chairs, extendable dining table and chairs for six, 32' flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD, Denon sound system, ipod docking station, wide selection of books, DVDs, games and toys. Kitchen: Gas hob, Electric oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine, Fridge/Freezer. Bedroom One: Original fireplace, bay window to sea front, king size double bed, en-suite with power shower, basin and wc Bedroom Two: Original fireplace, king size double bed, en-suite with power shower, basin and wc Bedroom Three: Original fireplace and French doors opening to front patio area. Two large twin beds or one super king (depending on your requirements) Two large armchairs. Bathroom: Bath with power shower above, basin and WC All our beds are hotel quality with 1000 pocket sprung mattresses, Egyptian Cotton bed linen, and hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. Towels also provided. We also have an additional fold out single bed should you want to sleep an extra person.

About the neighbourhood
Deal has a number of English heritage sites nearby, including the two 16th Century castles of Deal and Walmer both within walking distance of the apartment. The historic city of Canterbury with its famous Cathedral is a short drive away, whilst if you prefer something more modern then Margates Turner Contemporary Art Gallery is just as close. We have three world class Golf course within a 15min drive of the apartment, including the 2011 British Golf Open course at Royal St Georges. There is also great sea fishing right outside the door, and if you dont get a bite then the local fish and chip shop will even deliver to the beach!
Getting around
Deal is easily reached by road or rail. The Javelin High speed trains run direct from London St Pancras International in only 1 hour and 15 mins. If you prefer to bring the car we are easily accessible from the A2/M2 and there is free parking directly outside the apartment (a rarity in Deal) with spaces easily available even in high season. From the apartment it is easily walkable into the heart town in under 15mins. Deal and the surrounding country side is very flat and perfect for anything on wheels! We have undercover storage for prams, bikes and scooters and a great local bike hire company should you need it.
