The property is a very attractive, very clean older home with lots of beautiful woodwork. It is close to shopping and good restaurants and is convenient for visiting family and friends on the east side of Cleveland, driving to the hospital and museum district, and/or commuting to the city center for meetings, etc. Our host Jonathan was extremely helpful in advance of and during our stay. He stayed up late to greet us when we arrived and gave us a useful orientation to the house. This rental is especially attractive to those who are used to older homes. I would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the most positive experiences I ever had with renting a home away from home. The host Jon communicated with us from beginning to end and made sure our stay was comfortable and rewarding.. I will definitely try to stay here every time I am in Cleveland

A few of our workers were staying there long term, very enjoyable stay, the host was awesome and easy to contact about anything. Clean energy efficient home. It also was an added bonus that there was a place to do home workouts. I would highly recommend .

Lovely home from 1918. The home has been updated with an energy efficient heating and cooling system as well as reverse osmosis water. It is filled with interesting artwork that and includes descriptions of each piece. The workout area is a an added bonus. The host Jonathan was very kind. He made the stay very comfortable. Overall a hidden jem in a beautiful neighborhood.
