This property was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood! The location wasn’t ideal to downtown but food and The Flats are a good consolation. The renter is in the adjoining home next door. He and his wife were very nice and gave us our privacy/respect. And I’ll tell you we are not a quiet bunch lol Renovations are clean and pretty. Large rooms and decent sized tubs and kitchen! All in all it was such a great experience!

House was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed sitting on front porch in the evenings. Third floor bedroom and bath was a lot of steps, but still nice. Note: the 5th bedroom is an open bedroom at the top of steps. Things that need to be stated: If parking on street - will need permits. We got tickets. Owner did reimburse for the fees, but would have been nice to know before getting there. 2nd - would be nice to have a notebook or instruction book that tells what to do with trash or possibly any other rules to follow. Would also be good to have info for places that are close like grocery or pharmacy. Highly recommend this house.

The location of the house is great, and having so much space and bedrooms was wonderful for our stay. The showers were excellent, though beds/linens could be in better shape. The parking situation was a bit confusing at first, but we sorted it out. If you like walking/running/biking in parks you could not find a better place to be.

Our stay was fine. A few bumps that were quickly resolved. The neighbor was super nice and very helpful. Thank you!

Duplex house and owner stays in other side. It was a good experience. SEVERAL rooms on 2nd and 3rd level, bathroom on each, main level is living area. Nice set up for having several people in gathering. Everything you need. Owner is available and kind. Easy check in and check out was so simple, just leave!

We had a group of 12 dropping off our son at college. The property was perfect! It allowed us to be able to be together but then spread out at bedtime. The neighbors were great!

Everything was clean and updated. Easy to check in. Made our stay very enjoyable

Our weekend getaway was so relaxing and a wonderful experience. My family and I traveled to visit some family. The home I booked was still occupied however, we actually received an upgrade to a better home not to far from the original booked home. The home was beautiful and so much space. Equipped with all amenities needed. The neighborhood was great. Quite and peaceful. Wal-Mart was 5 minutes away right down the to road. Overall it was an awesome experience. I look forward to visiting Cleveland, Ohio again.

We had two families and this home fit us all! Location was so great too. Close to so many restaurants and a short drive to downtown.
