3 bedroom house, two with queen beds, third with 2 x bunks sleeps 4. Maximum 8 guests.

Perfect for one to two couples, with or without children.

Clean and comfortable house, great for kids with the slide and swing and toys/ DVD’s available. We would go recommend and would happily go for another visit :)

Great place to stay walkable distance to beach, cafes. Everything spotless and well maintained. Granddaughter loved the garden & playing hide and seek and going down the slide. Lots of dvd's supplied, 3 tv's . Will definitely recommend to all our friends and as our...More

The house was very comfortable with all amenities and family friendly. It was close to a lovely beach, shops and other tourist activities. I would recommend this house to anyone with children, our grandchildren loved the toys that they found in the wardrobe...

Rye extends southwards across the narrow width of the Mornington Peninsula in this area, right down to the coastline fronting the open waters of Bass Strait. The Mornington Peninsula National Park spans the foreshore here, consisting of scenic walking tracks, rocky coastal features, dunes and pockets of sandy beach. A pathway and steps extends from Tasman Drive down to the sandy bay at Number 16 Beach. Further south-east along the coast is Rye Ocean Beach, accessed from the southern end of Dundas Street. Officially located within in the small coastal community of St Andrews Beach, the beach and foreshore area also forms part of the Mornington Peninsula National Park, offering wide expanses of sandy beaches and rolling sand dunes covered in native vegetation. Most convenient access is by car, travelling down the Mornington Peninsula Freeway(M11) and then turn right taking Boneo Road (C777) to Point Nepean Road (B110) turn left and travel through Rye enjoying the beach views before turning into Dundas Street about 1 km from the beach is Roberts Street Rye, we are located near the corner.
