We spent an amazing week at Germaine's house "A Dream Come True" in July 2021. Germaine was very helpful in giving us lots of information about activities on the island, different beaches, grocery stores, and other info that made our stay easier. We hired her private chef twice for delicious meals served on the outdoor covered deck where we watched the sun set. The house itself is really unique - it consists of two buildings with a pool in the middle, and a huge variety of native plants all around the property. One building has a master bedroom upstairs with a lovely private deck and a smaller bedroom downstairs that is entered from the pool deck. The other building houses the kitchen and great room (which are not air conditioned - this is probably fine most of the year but it was well into the 90s during our trip and this meant we all went to our separate bedrooms rather than gathering in the great room as much as we would have liked). This building has three bedrooms, including one "second master" with the most magnificent bed I have ever seen. All of the rooms have outdoor showers off the bathrooms, which is great once you feel secure that no one can see you! The house is well-stocked with kitchen appliances, pots and cooking paraphernalia, as well as spices, pancake mix, coffee, eggs and fruit. We visited the grocery store three or four times during our stay, primarily because all of the restaurants were re-closed for COVID the day before we arrived so we had to prepare our own meals more often than we'd planned. All of the beds are very comfortable and the pool is wonderful. We enjoyed the games, books and puzzles at the house at night and while the television cable and WiFi didn't work for half the time we were there, that was not anyone's fault, it's just how BVI is sometimes, so you have to be willing to roll with it if this happens to you. The cleaning ladies who came every day were awesome - really friendly and unobtrusive -- and they left the house spotless every afternoon. We had a few mix-ups with Anna the house manager but she was very attentive and quick to come to the house if anything was amiss or we had questions. The house does not have a beach of its own, you must kayak, walk or drive to a beach. This wasn't an issue for us, as we enjoy kayaking and getting away from the house almost every day. We highly recommend BVI Snuba with Elaine and the Necker Island nature tour with Gumption, who was terrific!

This villa has everything! Amazing does not begin to describe our week here! The owner, Germaine, is a font of knowledge. Such pristine beaches! Friendly , helpful islanders! Wonderful food ! Fabulous views from our patios & balconies!! We will return!!

This House really is a dream come true! Starting with the most breathtaking views every morning and the infinity pool to the numerous white sand calm beaches literally less than 2 min away. Not to mention the private walkway that descends down to the water’s edge where we grabbed a kayak to rowed 5 min to literally the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. The housekeeping is there daily so you are truly on vacation. This a great vacation home for families and adults. Every room in the house has a balcony to overlook the beautiful Caribbean. If I had to say anything that was a bother it was the mosquitos. The house has mosquito nets over every bed and there is insect repellent everywhere so it wasn’t a problem. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Dream Come True Estate, first time was in 2015 and now again in July of 2019. My Family and I did not want to leave the first time we went and of course, the same was very true this time around. There are so many things that make this place special that it is hard to sum it all up but, let me first start with Germaine, the owner, who is fabulous! Germaine is all about the details and does everything possible to make your stay the best ever, really, she is amazing. She is quick to respond, flexible and is passionate about catering to your needs. Germaine makes it very easy for you and your family and has a ton of information about all the little details about the island, ferries, getting around and more. Let's put it this way, she will arm you to the teeth with anything and everything you need to know. Now about the Estate - When my family and I were ready to go back to the Caribbean, I looked everywhere again and found it difficult to find everything that we wanted that was already there and available at A Dream Come True. Upon arriving at the Estate, we found it to be even better than before (which is hard to believe). The main house was completely remodeled and with all new furnishings. The grounds were just as beautiful as before and the tranquility of Pond and Savannah Bays were just shimmering from your doorstep. We love the outdoor showers that are with every room and the privacy and location of the Estate doesn't get any better - nobody is near you! Everything at the Estate is very well appointed - the bedding, furniture and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you would ever need. Very important to note: The blender they have is on task for making any crazy rum drink that you can think of!! I think it is a commercial grade blender, ha! It was more than capable in keeping up with us! A Dream Come True was our base camp as we ventured out each day. Our Family of 4 are very active and love the water. We were definitely in the right place because the water doesn't get any better than in the BVI's. The water right at Pond and Savannah Bays are epic and life you see is mind-blowing. We saw eels, vast array of tropical fish, squid, lobster and on the far end of Savannah Bay we ran into a Caribbean Reef Shark - was epic! We would come back to the Estate at the end of the day and lounge in the beautiful pool and just overlook the bays and watch some of the most glorious sunsets you have ever seen. The pool was great to just hang and connect with Family and talk about what we saw that day and plan for the next day. We stayed for a total of 10 days and it went by so fast. My Wife and I loved waking up every morning and having a little coffee while we could watch the morning light fill the bay - all right from the comfort of our bed. I can go on and on about a million things but, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the BVI's, I can assure you 110% that A Dream Come True will be the best vacation of your life. It certainly was the best vacation we have ever had, seriously - I mean that. The memories made and all the things we did were quite unbelievable. It was so very hard to leave but, we have some amazing memories that will be with us forever - thank you, Germaine for having the vision to create such a unique and beautiful place! It really is a true treasure and we would love to come back.

His meals were the best we had our whole week. Our favorite restaurant on the island is Hog Heaven: what a view! Captain Banu was an awesome boat captain. He took us to Anegada and some cool snorkling sites! We fell in love with our lovely, gracious housekeeper, Germaine. She is as lovely as the owner, Germaine! We plan to return!!

There are not enough adjectives to describe how you feel as you enter this villa. The view is breathtaking, the sun was shining, the pool was glistening and the house could not have been nicer. As guests from all over the country meeting up to stay at ADCT villa, we had room for (all kinds of ) error. And yet- not one glitch. The entire experience was seamless. NO ONE wanted to go home, and back to reality. We sorely miss our coffee in the morning surrounded by the bright turquoise waters, but our favorite time of day was always just gathering on the veranda or in the pool and enjoying happy hour while the sun set perfectly across the water. The house lacks for nothing. The kitchen was better stocked than my house at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and having Germain come each day with a smile on her face was such a treat. We kayaked to Savannah Bay one day, we island hopped, we went to the Baths etc... and yet, we were always glad to get back to our happy villa. Germaine, the owner, could not have been more patient with my zillion questions and answered each one thoroughly, which contributed to how smoothly our entire trip went. We each felt the stress of life melt right off with each passing day. To me, there is something very magical about Virgin Gorda. But add a stay at A Dream Come True villa and it really just can't get any better. Thank you Germaine for making our special vacation so incredible. Your house is amazing and I can't wait to come back.

We stayed the week of 3/9-3/16 with a party of 8. 5 adults and 3 kids. The property fit us perfectly. Germaine was awesome to work with from the first phone call. She is an incredible tour guide and will point you in the right direction to get the most out of your trip. Their property is meticulously maintained and well furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need to make a five star meal including a very nice gas grill outside. The grounds were impeccable and great beaches right around the corner with kayaks to get you there. Snorkeling right out in front of the house was fantastic as well. The best sunsets I have seen in a while no matter where you are on the property. Thanks for the wonderful stay! PS: Rent your car from Mahogany Rentals. Book a day trip on a boat with Elaine at BVI Snuba/Bradley Powerboats(best day of our trip). Coco Maya for dinner/lunch early in your trip. The Baths after 2:30 in the afternoon. Spring Bay Beach to avoid the cruise ship traffic. Beach party Friday night at Leverick Bay is a must.

The grand kids loved swimming in the pool and snorkeling at nearby beaches. Going out in kayaks to other beaches. A perfect family vacation.
