Welcome to No 31, an award winning pet free Detached holiday house in Derbyshire. Situated within the World Heritage Buffer Zone in lovely Belper with stunning views over looking the town. Tranquil and relaxing a home from home. FREE UNLIMITED WiFi.
NB:- Please note on quote, our prices include (upon inspection on departure a refundable) damages deposit of £100. Just to clarify, the booking fee you pay is not our booking fee, we don't charge one, you pay it to TripAdvisor.

Once you have paid for your holiday, I will send you my booking contract and a location map and arrival times. We always meet and greet our guests in person. Why? Because we believe in giving our guests a warm Derbyshire welcome and the personal touch, rather than an anonymous key safe plus we're friendly and like to meet our guests. We run through things on arrival, it makes your holiday easier by not having to worry about how something works. We're always on hand if you need assistance in any way, we're just a phone call away, equally we value your privacy so unless you contact us we keep a low profile. Our main aim is to keep you happy. Holidays are vital and should be about special and treasured memories with loved ones and friends.

It is so comfortable, supplied with everything we needed. Just right for visiting relation in Belper and ideal for visiting Peak district, Chatsworth, Denby pottery Derby, Masson Mills always worth a visit. The Joiners Arms in Quarndon superb food , but need to book.

Set on the edge of the Peak District the location is wonderful. The bungalow was perfect for our stay and had everything you could wish for. I can't praise it enough. I would recommend to anyone.More

Additional Rate and Availability Information
Rates quoted are for 7 nights starting Saturday but this is flexible and can be any day of arrival and includes electricity, heating, linen/towels and a host of extras. Arrival times 12pm ~ 2pm same day turnaround arrival times are after 4pm and leave by 10am, I try to be as flexible as possible on times and days you stay ~ Please contact me to discuss your holiday requirements. NB:- please note I do not do short breaks, the minimum stay I do is 7 days. 25% of rental fee on booking, balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Refundable breakages deposit of £100.00 is required when final payment is due, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure. Payments can be made by cheque, Bank transfer directly into my account or via PayPal

Getting around
Derbyshire prides itself on being accessible almost everywhere by public transport so you shouldn't have any problems getting around if you don't have a car. I have lots of transport timetables for Derbyshire at the house.

If you are travelling by train or bus to Belper due to Taxi licensing laws i am unable to collect you, however i can arrange transportation from town to the house . Please let me know prior to arriving.

Airport: East Midlands) Airport: 38.0 km
Railway: Belper Station.: 2.0 km
Nottingham (East Midlands) Airport is only 30 - 40 minutes down the road.Midland Rail - Belper Station is 5 minutes by car or taxi, but can be walked to in about 15 minutes.30 minutes drive from (East Midlands) Airport which is a very easy journey.

There is also a bus route stopping at the end of the road these run every 30 minutes before 9 am then hourly thereafter, you can also catch the bus up to the property as the bus station is not far from the Train station.
