We had a great stay. Beautiful cottage and location. The cottage was very well prepared for us and housed the seven of us very comfortably.
The owners have created a book that explain how certain things in the cottage work as well as give great tips for local attractions along with personal experience for an added touch. Was very thoughtful.
Amazing beach less than 5 minutes away.
Convenience of Charlottetown only 20 minutes away and Cavendish 30 minutes away.
The only thing we missed was having a pool that we could just run to from our home base.
Highly recommend!

We loved this place and were super happy with everything! Everything was amazingly clean. The house smelled good. The beds were comfortable. There were black out shades in the bedrooms! The The kitchen had some of our favorite tools that most vacation rentals don’t have, including a stainless steel fry pan, stainless steel pot with steamer insert, and a salad spinner! The furniture was comfortable. Loved how the island in the kitchen could seat all five of us. The house is in a great location! There was even an unexpected view of some water from the house that was delightful! What a find! We would totally stay here again.

This cottage is the perfect place for a family holiday in beautiful PEI. It is just minutes from one lovely beach, and an easy drive to several others. The cottage is bright, well-furnished and very clean. There is plenty of seating in the living room and eating areas, as well as all the kitchen equipment necessary. I found Ellen to be very hospitable. All in all, a great time!

We booked this cottage several months ago and found the entire experience very easy. The cottage was exactly as described. Everything is lovely and clean and it worked perfectly for our extended family group of 6. I would highly recommend it to someone wanting to be in this area of the island. (By the National Park with great beaches, but 25 to 30 minute drive to Charlottetown and more commrrcial areas, about 15 minutes to the airport) Thank you to Ellen and Matt!

It did not meet our expectations, it EXCEEDED our expectations!!
This 4 bedroom cottage is far more than a cottage, it's a beautiful house, fully furnished with a perfectly stocked kitchen, 1 km from our favorite beach, Brackley. Our communication was with Ellen and was always prompt and pleasant. We travelled with 4 children 5 and under, one being a 9 month old. This house had every baby item needed. Crib, playpen, highchair, booster, bed rail etc....The kitchen had everything needed as well and when I say everything, I mean everything.
When we walked in, we could not believe our eyes. The pictures do not do the listing justice. We arrived after dark, Ellen had turned on the lights, set the table for breakfast and made the house a home. After 17 hours on the road, we sincerely appreciated the special touch.
We stayed 14 nights and the memories made there will never be forgotten.
We will be back!

Perfect size and location
This home was perfect for our trip. Just enough space for 5 adults and 1 toddler, very clean, well-supplied kitchen and closets (lots of extra linens). The laundry was super convenient. It was great to have a crib and bed rail as options for our little one. It's a very peaceful, scenic neighbourhood but still very central to anything you could want to do on the island. My only complaint is I wish the listing had more details about the exact amenities included, that said Ellen provided very prompt and detailed responses to my questions. Great Brackley Beach rental!

Heaven by the beach
This property is absolutely stunning. The finishes are all top of the line, the cottage was clean and well maintained, felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort!!
we were left wanting for nothing. We had more amenities available to us than we even imagined. Worth every penny!!!!

Perfect family getaway
Our experience at Brackley Beach was fantastic!
The cottage has a perfect layout for everyone. Open concept but privacy with the barn door for the adults for when the kids are asleep. The cottage was so clean and very inviting.
The location was ideal because the kids could go biking in the private roads around the cottage without us stressing about traffic or them getting lost. The kids felt a sense of liberty and everyone was so happy.
We will definitely be back next year!!!
