We stayed at Donna and Bill's gorgeous home for just under two weeks and loved every moment. The property is just as described and the beauty of the home and setting are very special. Having grown up in Ontario and spending a lot of time enjoying cottage season over the years, I was excited for my husband to experience what I had enjoyed so much. At the beginning of the trip he asked me if I was romanticizing my memories of times at lake cottages. By the end he said he wasn't leaving and wanted to come back again for more! Thank you, Donna and Bill, for being so responsive and thoughtful. We're looking forward to a return visit!

This lovely cottage surrounded by tall pines and pristine water stands on a rugged little peninsula - classic Canadian Shield. We are most thankful that our gracious hosts allowed us to experience this amazing location and well maintained property.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is beautiful, luxurious, and cozy. It had everything we needed and the screened in porch was a great bonus! The views are picturesque and the lake is clear, clean and warm. Donna and Bill were great hosts and easy to communicate with - 10/10!!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our family enjoyed a great getaway. The hosts were very welcoming and the whole house was in tip-top shape. The screened-in porch with a panoramic view of the lake was where we spent most of our time, when we weren’t jumping off the dock and swimming in the lake. Our daughter loved the paddle board and said she had a terrific sleep in the bunk bed (not bad for a teenager who has significant trouble sleeping normally). The beds were indeed very comfortable. The property is stunning and expansive. Thank you for a terrific stay!

We had a wonderful stay during one of the hottest days June has offered! The point offers both east and west exposures. Sunrise and Sunsets are equally phenomenal! The kids LOVED fishing off of the dock, learning how to kayak and playing games in the sunroom in the evenings. This gem has everything that you could wish for! We had a great stay and hope to visit again soon!

Super Lage, tolles Haus, nette Vermieter!

Shared this space with two other couples and it is absolutely stunning! Water is perfect off the dock - deep for jumping off, perfect temperature in late august. The lake itself is gorgeous. We rented a pontoon boat from the nearby marina and were able to explore - fishing was also great! The house itself is beautiful. Perfect balance of luxury and cottage vibe. It's clear the owners really love and take care of it. Donna and Bill were conscientious hosts who checked in and cared about our stay. Overall definitely a 5 star rental and experience - thanks Donna and Bill!

The lake is gorgeous, and there's plenty to do! There's kayaks, canoes and fishing poles available for anyone to use. Not to mention the jumping rocks! The house is very comfortable and homey. Bill and Donna are wonderful people and are very easy to connect with. The Autumn colors were definitely a sight to see. Overall a great place to stay!

From the moment we drove into the property we knew we made a great choice in booking this cottage. What better way to spend a vacation then on a private point on a spectacular lake. Donna and Bill were fantastic to communicate with and you could tell they really wanted us to have a great experience. The house was incredible. Completely updated with all the modern amenities. From the gourmet kitchen to the walk-in shower this house had everything we could want. The things we liked most about the house was the front porch with 270 degree views of the lake (the benefits of being on a point), the master bedroom in a really neat turret, the massive kitchen island, etc. What made this rental better than any other we have gone to in the past was the amenities, privacy, and deep and clean water. We can't wait to be back next year!

We had a wonderful time at Devil Lake and this home is absolutely beautiful. The lake is so clean and warm, and the surrounding forests are magnificent. The sound of loons. The fresh air.
