The sun will greet you on the deck as you wake up from your silent slumber. Will you go for a lazy tubing trip on the Miramichi River today? Will you try your luck fishing the great Atlantic Salmon or Striped Bass? Perhaps sightseeing in nearby Miramichi. Or maybe do nothing but relax from your busy life. Outdoor enthusiasts will be happy to know Cast Away is just minutes away from a dedicated ATV and snowmobile trail. Canoe, kayak and tube rentals are nearby. Adventure awaits.
Cast Away Lodge has three bedrooms with a bright and open gathering space and a large wrap around deck. Top class getaway on the beautiful Miramichi
Situated in a beautiful river-front location in Barnettville, NB, the Cast Away is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends. Everything inside the lodge is top-notch—beautifully appointed with quality furniture, fixtures, amenities, and so tastefully decorated! The surroundings are just amazing—a large lot, surrounded by trees and scattered camp stoves. The hosts, Joanne and Duane, are so friendly and hospitable. Our stay was in late-summer, but this spot would be ideal any time of year. We highly recommend the Cast Away, and will be back.

Perfection
We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Cast Away Lodge. The owners live right next door and were there to help with anything we needed. The communication was excellent both before we arrived and during our stay. The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful -- rustic yet modern, super comfortable, really tastefully decorated (I'm sure one of them must be an interior designer), immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for a great stay, and if there was something minor missing, they provided it right away. The deck is huge and great to sit and admire the beautiful view, or you can go down onto the large lawn and enjoy the firepit. The lodge is in a nice secluded location with only a little noise from neighbours or the highway.
We would happily stay there again and definitely recommend Cast Away Lodge!
